1st quarter classwork.
This page is dedicated to all the classwork completed over Quarter 1. Below each project is a brief explanation.
I was given a photo and told to restore it using photoshop. I used the clone stamp tool and other tools to bring the picture back to life. The picture on the left is the original, and the picture to the right is my restored version.
This was a picture of some soldiers that lacked color. I painted over their uniforms with a military green and their faces with a flesh-like color. I also blurred the picture with a surface blur to make it smoother and remove noise in the image. The left image is the original photo, and the right image is my restored version.
The goal of this project was to replace the paintings on the wall with another painting. I accomplished this by using the polygonal lasso tool and distorting the picture to make it seem like it was on the wall. The picture on the left is the picture I was given and the picture on the right is the resolved picture.
I made this picture look like the street was made of mirrors. I also added a person picking up one of the mirrors. The picture on the left is the picture I was given and the picture on the left is the resolved picture.
The goal of this project was to match the left side of the women's face with the right. I did this primarily by Dodging and Burning the picture. The picture on the left is the picture I was originally given, and the picture on the right is the finished product.
The goal of this project was to restore the top picture so it looks like the bottom, but without copying or clone stamping the restored picture. I accomplished this by adjusting levels, color, etc. The picture on the left is the picture I was given and the picture on the right is the resolved picture.
The goal of this project was to make the person's face match the right side of the picture. I accomplished this by using the spot healing tool and the dodge and burn tool. The picture on the left is what I was given and the picture on the right is the resolved picture.
The goal of this project was the same as the previous project. The picture on the left is the picture I was given and on the right is the resolved picture.
The goal of this project was to restore this Mickey Mantle baseball card to its original condition. I did this by using the stone clamp tool and brush tool. The picture on the left is the picture I was given and the picture on the right is the resolved picture.
The goal of this project was to restore the bottom picture. I accomplished this by using the quick select, black and white filter, and clone stamp tool. The picture on the left is the picture I was given, and the picture on the right is the resolved picture.
I was given the picture on the left and told to combine some of the faces by layering them on top of each other and erase some of the top layer. The picture on the right is the resulting picture.
